Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs effectively Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to prevent blockages and ensure proper water flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble plumbing systems during construction or remodeling projects Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including water system inspections and system upgrades Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate plumbing installation within larger building projects while adhering to construction site safety protocols Heavy lifting of materials and equipment is often required; maintain proper techniques for safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs Utilize plumbing inspection cameras for detailed diagnostics in complex or hard-to-reach areas Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, or remodeling projects Skilled in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems as well as construction plumbing practices Familiarity with local building codes, plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, and system maintenance procedures Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise installation or repair work Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety protocols Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or working at heights Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach when interacting with clients or team members Join us if you're passionate about crafting reliable plumbing solutions that make a real difference!
