What We Offer Pay based on experience and demonstrated skill level Performance bonus opportunities Full-time, year-round work Company vehicle for qualified positions Company fuel card Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation Paid time off Paid holidays Parental/family leave Professional development and continuing education opportunities Opportunities for advancement Family-owned and team-focused work environment What You'll Do Independently perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair or replacement options Clearly explain findings and available solutions to customers Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, installations, and preventative maintenance Work with water and sewer lines, gas systems, fixtures, drains, and other plumbing systems Service and install tank and tankless water heaters Perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and plumbing diagnostics Operate drain machines, sewer cameras, hydro jetters, leak-detection equipment, and other plumbing equipment as qualified Identify additional plumbing or safety concerns and communicate appropriate recommendations to customers Perform remodel and installation work according to applicable plumbing codes Maintain accurate job documentation, including work performed, materials, photos, findings, and recommendations Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Safely and responsibly care for assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow company procedures, plumbing codes, and safety requirements What We're Looking For Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License - REQUIRED Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Residential service plumbing experience Commercial plumbing experience preferred Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion Experience with plumbing repairs, installations, water heaters, drains, sewer systems, and gas systems Professional communication and customer-service skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to use smartphones/tablets for job documentation, photos, and communication Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Experience with sewer cameras, hydro jetting, drain equipment, leak detection, tankless water heaters, gas systems, remodels, and commercial service is a plus. Physical Requirements This is an active field position requiring the ability to: Lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Stand, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work for extended periods Work in attics, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, trenches, and other typical plumbing environments Safely use ladders, tools, machinery, and required protective equipment Work indoors and outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions Schedule | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-time, year-round position. Participation in a rotating after-hours/emergency service schedule is required and may occasionally include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
