We are a family-owned and operated, licensed and insured plumbing company serving Bryan/College Station and surrounding communities since 2011. We are looking for a dependable Tradesman with strong residential service plumbing and troubleshooting experiencewho takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing residential plumbing problems, performing repairs and installations within the scope of their Texas Tradesman license, communicating findings and recommendations to customers, and accurately documenting completed work. •and two-family residential dwellings under the supervision of Rocha Plumbing's Responsible Master Plumber Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing systems Repair, service, replace, and install residential plumbing piping, fixtures, and equipment Perform residential plumbing remodel and renovation work Test completed plumbing work for proper operation and identify plumbing concerns Clearly communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers Provide quality workmanship and professional customer service Supervise registered Plumber's Apprentices on qualifying one

•and two-family residential plumbing work when permitted by Texas licensing requirements Assist with plumbing work on structures outside the Tradesman residential scope only when under the required on-the-job supervision of a Texas Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber Maintain accurate job documentation, including work performed, materials, findings, recommendations, photos, and other required job information Properly care for assigned company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials Follow applicable plumbing codes, Texas licensing requirements, company procedures, and safety standards Qualifications Current Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited License

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Residential plumbing service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Knowledge of residential plumbing systems Ability to perform plumbing work independently when permitted within the scope of the Tradesman license Professional communication and customer-service skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Professional appearance and conduct Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for job documentation, photos, and communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to continue learning and developing within the plumbing trade Tools Candidates are expected to own and maintain the personal hand tools normally required to perform Tradesman-level plumbing work, excluding battery-operated power tools and company-provided specialty equipment. Physical Requirements This is an active field-service position requiring the ability to: Lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work for extended periods Work in attics, crawlspaces, trenches, and other typical residential plumbing environments Safely operate plumbing tools and equipment Wear required safety gear and protective equipment Work indoors and outdoors in varying Texas temperatures and weather conditions Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
