Licensed Tradesman Plumber Hot Job Carrollton, TX 75006 Apply Apply Description Mako Industries is hiring Licensed Tradesman Plumbers that will be responsible for installs, repairs, tests, and maintains plumbing systems in residential and light commercial buildings. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements while delivering excellent customer service. Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, sewer, and gas piping systems. Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective repair solutions. Install and service fixtures, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, faucets, and garbage disposals. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Perform inspections and pressure testing of plumbing systems. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Maintain accurate service records and job documentation. Communicate professionally with customers regarding work performed and recommended repairs. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition. Assist in training apprentices when required. Qualifications Current Tradesman Plumber license (or equivalent state license). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in residential plumbing; commercial experience is a plus. Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or outdoors.
