This position requires a plumber who can work independently, diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions to customers, and complete repairs professionally. Responsibilities Travel to residential and commercial service calls throughout the El Paso area. Diagnose plumbing, drain, sewer, gas, and water heater issues. Communicate findings clearly with customers. Present repair and replacement options and sell recommended work. Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and service work. Complete service tickets, collect payments, and document work performed. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle. Provide excellent customer service and represent AME Plumbing professionally. Requirements 2+ years of service plumbing experience required. Experience with residential and commercial service plumbing. Experience with drain cleaning, sewer repairs, water heaters, fixtures, leak repairs, and gas lines. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues independently. Strong customer service and sales skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be reliable, professional, and able to work without constant supervision. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
