Job Description

Plumber (Journeyman or Tradesman) Pay rate: $25-$35/hr Position type:
Full-time Schedule:
Monday-Friday | On-call/Emergency rotation
Licensing:
Active Tradesman Plumber or Journeyman Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE). ​
Driver's License:
Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record (required for operating company vehicles). ​
Experience:
2+ years of hands-on residential/commercial plumbing service or installation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
​Perform residential and light commercial plumbing diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services. ​Service and install water heaters (tank & tankless), gas lines, drain systems, re-pipes, and fixture replacements. ​Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and communicate clear, transparent options to property owners. ​Read and interpret blueprints, code specifications, and job scopes to complete work up to Texas state and local municipal plumbing codes. ​Safely operate specialty equipment including drain augers, pipe press systems, and diagnostic video inspection tools. ​Direct, mentor, and supervise apprentice plumbers on job sites in accordance with state licensing guidelines. ​Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
