Job Description

Plumbing Installer We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer to install, service, and repair plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair residential plumbing systems. Provide customers with 3-6 repair or replacement options . Maintain a clean and professional work area and vehicle. Test completed work to ensure proper operation and minimize callbacks. Explain completed work clearly and ensure customer satisfaction. Complete required paperwork, photos, and work orders. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and management. Participate in training and skill-development programs. Maintain proper vehicle inventory, tools, and materials. Ask customers for reviews and referrals. Qualifications Strong residential plumbing installation and service experience. Current Texas plumbing license appropriate for the position. Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently. Sales ability and confidence presenting options to customers. Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred. Team-oriented, dependable, coachable, and professional. Core Values — ANCHOR Accountability

Respect Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$80,000-$125,000+ annually, based on experience and performance. 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Training New team members will complete an initial training and onboarding period to learn company procedures, systems, safety requirements, and customer service standards.
