Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications. Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras to ensure precise work. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to prevent blockages and ensure optimal water flow. Perform plumbing system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs efficiently on-site. Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction and maintenance activities. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet project deadlines. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and general handyman tasks. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, and drainage solutions. Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand local building codes thoroughly. Experience operating company vehicles safely and responsibly. Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
