Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumber Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in plumbing, mechanical systems, and construction practices within a fast-paced environment. Duties Support lead plumbers in pipe installation, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate plumbing system setup Help with pipe threading, cutting, and fitting to prepare materials for installation or repair Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Carry out basic maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing systems under supervision Follow building code compliance standards during all phases of work Contribute to remodeling projects by assisting with plumbing system upgrades and handyman tasks Experience Construction experience or background in construction plumbing preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and power tool safety practices Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, pipe installation, and maintenance techniques Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and welding is advantageous Customer service skills are beneficial for interacting professionally with clients on-site Join us if you're eager to build your skills in the construction industry while working alongside experienced professionals. Pay:
$11.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
