Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and plumbing infrastructure operate efficiently and safely, adhering to local building codes and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste systems in residential and commercial settings Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and configurations Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow within plumbing systems Perform remodeling, assembly, and construction plumbing tasks on new builds or renovation projects Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment on construction sites while following safety protocols Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations during project planning and execution Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about work progress and solutions Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance Valid journeyman plumber license or equivalent certification demonstrating technical competence Hands-on experience with construction plumbing, residential plumbing, commercial plumbing, and remodeling projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, and heavy lifting techniques Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems and safety standards Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Experience operating company vehicles responsibly in compliance with safety policies Strong understanding of water systems management including water supply lines, drainage systems, and system maintenance Handyman experience or background in construction site work is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for troubleshooting complex plumbing issues Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards Join our team as a Journeyman Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions with energy and precision.
