Job Summary We are a growing Texas plumbing company expanding into the Lubbock market and are looking for an experienced and dependable Journeyman Plumber located in Lubbock, TX to join our team. We are starting to build our operations in the Lubbock area , and we are looking for the right person to help us establish and grow our presence there. This is more than simply filling a position. We are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, experienced, and takes pride in their work who can become an important part of our Lubbock operations as we continue to grow. The right candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating with customers and our office, handling plumbing issues from start to finish, and representing our company professionally in the Lubbock community. This position is based in Lubbock, TX . We are specifically looking for someone local who knows the area and is interested in building a long-term position with a growing company. Job Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial plumbing work Handle service and repair calls Perform new construction and remodel plumbing Install, repair, and maintain water, sewer, and gas systems Install and replace water heaters Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repairs Complete work in accordance with Texas plumbing codes Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and the office Document completed work with detailed job notes and photos Maintain a professional appearance and work environment Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally Qualifications Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License Valid driver's license Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes Ability to independently diagnose and complete plumbing repairs Residential and/or commercial plumbing experience New construction and service plumbing experience preferred Dependable and professional Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Must be located in or around the Lubbock, TX area What we offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, consistent work Weekly pay Company vehicle for work Opportunities for overtime Opportunities for bonuses and commissions Long-term growth opportunities Support from an established plumbing operation Why Join Us?
