Job Description
Apartment Plumber Technician Full Time in Lubbock Texas We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumber to handle plumbing repairs, maintenance, installations, and emergency service for our apartment community. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced with residential or apartment plumbing systems. This position will work closely with Property Management and the Maintenance Team to complete work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and plumbing projects while providing excellent resident service. In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers performance-based bonuses and additional incentive opportunities. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, leaks, drains, toilets, faucets, and fixtures Repair and replace water lines, valves, and plumbing fixtures Install and repair water heaters Complete plumbing work during apartment turns and renovations Respond to emergency plumbing calls and participate in on-call rotation Perform preventative plumbing maintenance and inspections Complete work orders accurately and timely Maintain tools, equipment, and plumbing inventory Coordinate with outside plumbing contractors when needed Follow OSHA and company safety standards Provide professional customer service to residents Minimum Qualifications /
