Residential Plumbing Service Technician -
New Construction Warranty & Repairs Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
based on experience

McKinney TX Requirements Minimum of a Tradesman Plumber License Clean driving record Clean criminal record (required due to entering homeowners' residences) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Experience troubleshooting residential water and sewer plumbing systems Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently Reliable transportation and dependable work history Key Tasks & Responsibilities Perform plumbing warranty repairs and final inspection corrections on newly constructed homes Troubleshoot residential water supply and sewer plumbing systems Pull, repair, and reset plumbing fixtures and toilets Perform fixture repairs and replacements Solder copper piping Operate sewer cameras and electronic line locators Service and troubleshoot tankless water heaters Diagnose leaks, drainage issues, pressure problems, and plumbing defects Complete builder punch-list items and homeowner service requests Maintain clean and organized work areas while working in finished homes Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and supervisors regarding repairs Document completed work and materials used Perform general labor tasks, including the ability to use a shovel and complete basic manual work when needed Preferred Experience Residential new construction plumbing Builder warranty service Final inspection corrections Plumbing trim-out and fixture installation Residential service troubleshooting Tankless water heater service Sewer diagnostics and repair What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Stable, year-round work Professional work environment Opportunity for growth Work with a team committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction If you are an experienced residential plumber who takes pride in doing quality work and providing excellent service, we would like to hear from you.
