Description:
D&D Plumbing — Plumbing Service Technician Overview D&D Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to join our residential service team in Midland, TX. In this role you'll diagnose and repair plumbing systems in customers' homes, present repair and replacement options, and represent D&D in the field. We service an established customer base with steady call volume, so you'll stay busy year-round. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, drain lines, water lines, gas lines, fixtures, and sewer systems Perform whole-home plumbing inspections and clearly communicate findings to homeowners Present repair and replacement options and pricing, and close sold work Complete all work in accordance with local, state, and manufacturer codes and standards Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in the field software Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-organized service vehicle Keep job sites clean and protect customer property throughout the service call Participate in the on-call rotation, including some evenings and weekends Collaborate with dispatch and the service manager to meet scheduling and customer commitments
Requirements:
