Plumbing Lead Installer — D&D Plumbing, Heating & AC (Midland, TX) $25-$30/hour, based on experience and licensing | Company truck, fuel card, and tablet — yours from day one Full-time | Non-exempt Run the job. Water heaters, repipes, gas lines, tankless — you'll own the job from the first walkthrough to the final handshake with the customer, with a helper working under you and a company that has your back with the tools, truck, and steady work to match. What you'll do Lead residential plumbing installs: water heaters (tank and tankless), repipes, water and drain lines, gas piping, fixtures, softeners, and filtration Walk the job, plan the materials, and run the day — no waiting on someone else to tell you what's next Coach and lead your install helper; show them how it's done right Deliver clean, code-compliant work that passes inspection the first time Walk the customer through the finished job and leave them glad they called us Close out job paperwork, photos, and materials on your tablet — quick and simple

Requirements:
