We are seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers to install, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems in retail, office, and institutional buildings. If you pride yourself on precision pipefitting and code compliance, we want you on our team! Position Overview As a Commercial Plumber, you will perform installations of new plumbing systems, inspect and maintain existing piping, and respond to service calls for repairs. You'll coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure each job adheres to blueprints and local plumbing codes. This full-time, on-site role includes opportunities for overtime and career advancement. What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications Install, repair, and maintain water, waste, and vent piping systems Fit and secure fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and backflow preventers Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and pressure issues in commercial plumbing networks Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and safety checks Ensure compliance with applicable plumbing codes, health regulations, and OSHA standards Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment What You Bring 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction and renovation projects Journeyman Plumber license (Master Plumber preferred) Proficiency with pipe materials (PVC, copper, steel) and installation techniques Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and hydraulic systems Excellent blueprint-reading and layout capabilities Outstanding communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and a steadfast commitment to safety OK Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
