We handle residential service, commercial service, and commercial plumbing projects. We are looking to add an experienced commercial plumber who can work on commercial jobs, understand plans, communicate professionally, and complete quality work without constant supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with real commercial plumbing experience. What You'll Do Perform commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and remodel work Work on water, sewer, gas, waste, vent, and fixture systems Read and understand plumbing plans, specs, and job scopes Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and other trades Lay out work properly and complete jobs to code Handle rough-in, top-out, trim-out, testing, and punch list items Keep jobs organized, clean, and professional Communicate material needs and job progress clearly Take pride in quality work and doing the job right the first time Experience We're Looking For Commercial plumbing experience required Texas plumbing license preferred Journeyman license is a strong plus Ability to read blueprints and understand commercial job scopes Experience with PVC, cast iron, copper, PEX, gas piping, fixtures, water heaters, and commercial plumbing systems Comfortable working on tenant finish-outs, remodels, restaurants, retail spaces, offices, and light commercial projects Ability to work independently or with a small crew Good communication skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Clean, professional appearance Ideal Candidate You may be a good fit if you: Have worked on commercial plumbing jobs before Can read plans and know what needs to happen next Do not need to be babysat on every task Take ownership of your work Show up on time Communicate when there is a problem Understand that quality, cleanliness, and professionalism matter Want to grow with a company that is building its commercial division What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time steady work Overtime opportunities Company growth opportunity Respectful work environment Opportunity to move into lead plumber or foreman role Local DFW work To Apply Please apply with your resume and include: Your plumbing license level Years of commercial plumbing experience Types of commercial jobs you have worked on Whether you can read plans/blueprints Your expected hourly pay
