This is a leadership-focused role ideal for an experienced plumber who wants to help build and shape a high-performing plumbing department while continuing to work in the field. You will play a key role in setting standards, mentoring team members, and driving long-term growth for the plumbing division. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee residential plumbing service calls and installations Troubleshoot complex plumbing systems and provide effective solutions Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards Mentor and coach junior plumbers on best practices Help develop efficient workflows and processes Partner with leadership to scale and improve the plumbing department Requirements Texas Master Plumber License (required) Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience Proven leadership skills or strong desire to lead and mentor others Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and interpret plumbing codes Benefits Medical insurance with employer contribution Dental and Vision coverage 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Company vehicle (take-home privileges) Tablet, uniforms, and cell phone reimbursement Tool support and paid training opportunities Disability coverage Strong advancement potential as the department expands If you're a licensed Master Plumber who wants to lead, build a team, and grow with a company that values your expertise, this is an excellent opportunity.
