As a key member of our team, you will oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, manage plumbing teams, and ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Your expertise will help deliver reliable, efficient plumbing solutions that meet client needs and uphold our company's standards for excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material takeoffs and labor costs Install, maintain, and repair domestic water systems, sewer lines, HVAC-related piping, and other plumbing components in residential and commercial settings Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory requirements Manage pipe threading, pipe fitting, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety standards Conduct building code analysis to ensure project compliance and facilitate inspections with local authorities Oversee construction plumbing projects from initial planning through completion while managing budgets, schedules, and resources Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress or issues Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and compliance records Qualifications Valid Master Plumber license with extensive experience in construction plumbing projects Proven ability to manage plumbing teams effectively in fast-paced construction environments Strong knowledge of plumbing system maintenance, repair techniques, and building code compliance Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical schematics, and analyzing construction plans Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and schematics reading Experience with residential plumbing systems as well as commercial plumbing projects including HVAC integration Knowledge of construction estimating processes and managing construction regulatory compliance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate a commercial vehicle if required Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to construction estimates Familiarity with carpentry or handyman skills is a plus for remodeling or assembly tasks Excellent communication skills for team supervision and customer interactions Join us as a Licensed Master Plumber to lead impactful projects that deliver essential services while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.
