Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Plumber to lead our plumbing operations on construction sites and commercial developments. In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing installation, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Your expertise will drive project success by managing teams, interpreting technical drawings, and delivering top-tier customer service. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing teams to ensure efficient installation of plumbing systems across various commercial construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing plans aligned with project specifications. Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory compliance standards. Conduct building code analysis to verify compliance with safety standards and legal requirements for residential and commercial plumbing systems. Manage plumbing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on domestic water systems, heavy lifting tasks, pipe threading, and system schematics. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools necessary for construction plumbing tasks. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining construction site safety protocols. Supervise the assembly of plumbing fixtures; perform field service tasks as needed. Ensure proper management of construction plans and schematics; interpret technical drawings accurately for precise execution. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA standards and construction site safety procedures. Conduct heavy lifting, carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations, and basic math calculations for measurements and estimations. Support team supervision by mentoring junior plumbers and handyman staff; foster a collaborative team environment focused on quality workmanship. Experience Proven experience as a Master Plumber with extensive construction site experience in commercial or industrial settings. Demonstrated knowledge of construction, building code analysis, and adherence to local building codes. Strong background in plumbing system maintenance, repair techniques, pipe threading, welding, HVAC integration, and schematic interpretation. Hands-on experience managing plumbing teams; capable of supervising multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring safety standards are met. Familiarity with construction plans, blueprints reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for accurate installation. Mechanical knowledge related to domestic water systems, heavy lifting procedures, carpentry skills relevant to commercial projects, and general field service expertise. Valid driving license required for site travel; experience with construction regulatory compliance is highly valued. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members alike.
