Position Summary BBTECH America is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to support cleanroom and sub-fab construction activities for advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for the oversight, supervision, and code-compliant execution of plumbing systems installed under the Master Plumbers license while maintaining strict cleanliness, safety, and quality standards required in a cleanroom environment. The Master Plumber will work closely with project managers, foremen, pipefitters, inspectors, QA/QC, and safety personnel to ensure all plumbing systems are installed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Responsible Master Plumber for BBTECH America projects in Taylor, TX Obtain and manage all required plumbing permits and coordinate inspections with AHJs Provide direct supervision and oversight of all plumbing work performed under the Master Plumber license Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local, state, and federal plumbing and building codes Verify that all plumbers and apprentices hold current licenses or registrations as required by TSBPE Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems within cleanroom and sub-fab environments Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, isometrics, and P&IDs Conduct field inspections to ensure quality workmanship, system integrity, and code compliance Coordinate plumbing activities with other trades to avoid conflicts and maintain project schedules Support system pressure testing, flushing, commissioning, and mechanical completion activities Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving plumbing-related issues Ensure plumbing materials and installations meet cleanroom contamination control requirements Maintain organized, compliant, and safe job sites in accordance with BBTECH America and client standards Follow all BBTECH America, client, and site-specific safety rules, including PPE and cleanroom gowning requirements Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and permit-controlled work processes Required Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Current Texas Master Plumber License in good standing Registration with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing, including supervisory responsibility Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings, isometrics, and basic P&IDs Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, venting, and water distribution Proficient with standard plumbing tools, testing equipment, and inspection procedures Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening OSHA 10 certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in semiconductor cleanrooms or high-purity process environments Familiarity with industrial process piping and sub-fab utility systems Experience coordinating inspections with AHJs and third-party inspectors Proficiency with basic computer applications and project documentation Ability to work extended hours or weekends to support tool installation milestones Work Requirements and Physical Requirements Work is performed in active cleanrooms, sub-fabs, and construction areas Frequent use of cleanroom PPE, including bunny suits, gloves, and face coverings Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and work in confined or elevated spaces Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance Exposure to construction-related noise, equipment, and variable site conditionsCompensation and Schedule Location:
