• you'll support one campus only. The Licensed Journeyman Plumber will be a Safety Champion; everyone is a Safety Champion! Safety is Priority One

What You'll Do:

While taking direction from the Plumbing Manager, will handle commercial plumbing repairs, and maintenance Diagnose and resolve issues with water systems, drainage, piping and pumps Collaborate with our maintenance and property teams to ensure seamless service Keep workspaces clean, safe, and up to code Champion Safety for VRI and for our Client All other duties as assigned by Client and VRI leadership Join a new team and help shape operations for a trusted/established organization, within a brand-new facility on a brand new campus NEW VRI/Samsung Client

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Licensed plumber in the state of Texas ( Journeyman )

• proof of license required OSHA 10 or 30
• preferred; not required Must have 1
• 3 years hands-on experience, holding TX Journeyman license Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and tools Clear communication skills and a can-do attitude Valid driver's license & a clean driving record Clear a comprehensive criminal background check Pass a 10-panel drug screen
