What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Present repair options honestly and clearly to the customer Complete same-day service work to code and to BSR workmanship standards Document every job with notes and photos in ServiceTitan Collect payment before leaving the job Mentor apprentices assigned to your truck Participate in ride-alongs, training, and monthly scorecard reviews What You Need Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license in good standing Proven residential and commercial service and repair experience Ability to diagnose without guessing and explain findings in plain language Valid Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening Able to safely lift 75-100 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and all weather Willing to take part in the on-call rotation How You Get Paid Base hourly plus quarterly performance incentives tied to a written scorecard. Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM start, with a rotating on-call schedule (van goes home during your on-call week)
