What We Offer Hybrid Pay Structure:

Weekdays:

Steady hourly pay based on your experience.

Weekends:

Earn a lucrative 50% commission split on net service revenue (calculated as the job price minus the cost of parts/materials). We do not pay commission on parts. Emergency Service Only on

Weekends:

Please note that weekend work is strictly limited to incoming emergency service calls only. You will not be running routine or standard service calls on the weekend.

Overtime:

Hourly overtime paid at 1.5x time for weekday time exceeding 40 hours in a workweek.

Flexible Weekend Schedule:

Work an on-call rotation of every other weekend, or choose to work every weekend if you want to maximize your emergency commission earnings.

Paid Holidays:

6 major holidays off and paid: New Year's Day Memorial Day 4th of July (Independence Day) Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day (

Note:

We are also closed on Easter Sunday).

Local Routes:

Serve your local community right here in Boling and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems independently during weekdays. Respond promptly to urgent, incoming emergency service calls only during your scheduled or optional on-call weekends. Install or repair water heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning, water leak repairs, gas leak repairs, and accurately troubleshoot plumbing systems. Provide clear, friendly, and honest communication to customers regarding their emergency options and pricing. Maintain a clean work area and ensure a premium service experience that matches our top-tier reviews.

What We Are Looking For Licensing:

Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License is required.

Experience:

Proven experience running residential service and handling high-pressure emergency calls with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.

Driving:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
