Journeyman Plumber / Crew Leader As a Crew Leader, you'll be more than just a plumber — you'll be the driver of excellence on every jobsite. You'll lead crews, train apprentices, solve challenges, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead plumbing crews on installs, repipes, remodels, and service projects. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Ensure compliance with all Utah plumbing codes. Mentor and train apprentices and helpers. Communicate with builders, contractors, and customers. Uphold safety, professionalism, and quality on every job. Maintain clean, organized vehicles and job sites. Track time and paperwork accurately. What It Takes Valid Utah Journeyman Plumber License (required). 4+ years plumbing experience. Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred. Knowledge of residential & commercial systems. A strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
