The Journeyman Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing systems while educating customers to informed and confident buying decisions. As a valued member of our team, you can expect to run service calls in your area in fully stocked trucks while working with well-trained partners to ensure success in creating a customer for life experience.Pay Structure:
Hourly, up to$41.00 BOE + Commissions and spiffs Company vehicle and gas card included.The Role:
Journeyman Service Plumber Plumbing Repairs:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drains, and faulty fixtures.Installation:
Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.Service Calls:
Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Training:
Train and mentor apprentices as needed to support personal growth, accurate repairs, and installations.Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients, establish rapport, provide clear explanations of services provided while ensuring client satisfaction.Teamwork:
Work alongside customer service representatives, leaders, peers, apprentices, and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.Documentation:
Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.Required Experience:
Active Utah Journeyman's License 6+ years of experience in residential plumbing service Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools Preferred experience Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)Benefits:
