Job Description

This position is responsible for assembling electrical control panels, wiring industrial equipment, and building custom cable and wire harnesses used in automation and control systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong electrical assembly experience, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and industrial electrical components. Build, route, strip, crimp, terminate, and process wires and cables according to engineering drawings and schematics. Assemble custom cable and wire harnesses with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot wiring and electrical assembly issues as needed. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in electrical trades, control panel building, wire harness assembly, or related field. Strong knowledge of cable preparation, wire stripping, crimping, and termination techniques. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Understanding electrical technology, industrial automation, mechatronics, or robotics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, including NEC, NFPA, and UL. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
