Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Service Plumber to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing services to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential remodels, residential service to commercial maintenance, ensuring that plumbing systems operate efficiently and reliably. As a Service Plumber, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and installing plumbing systems with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using schematics, blueprints, and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes quickly. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs. Conduct remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components, replacing fixtures, and upgrading existing systems to meet client specifications. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates, inspection reports, and service logs. Experience Proven experience with plumbing service. Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing infrastructure is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machines equipment confidently. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise installation or repair work. Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations, and material estimations required during installations or repairs. Clean driving history. Prior maintenance person experience or carpentry skills that support versatile project execution is advantageous.
