What You'll Learn We will train the right candidate to install, maintain, and troubleshoot: Whole-home water filtration systems Whole-home water purification systems Water softeners and pretreatment equipment Reverse osmosis systems UV purification systems Water storage tanks Booster pumps and pressure systems Specialty valves and bypasses Drain and plumbing configurations Advanced residential water-treatment equipment Annual maintenance and service procedures Water-system diagnostics and troubleshooting What You'll Do As you progress through training, your responsibilities will include: Install residential water-treatment equipment Modify existing plumbing for proper installation Install valves, bypasses, drains, tanks, pumps, and related components Perform annual service and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment issues Replace filters, membranes, UV components, pumps, valves, and other parts Maintain clean and organized job sites Protect the client's home during installation Communicate professionally with homeowners Explain basic equipment operation after installation Accurately document installation and service work Work closely with our scheduling and client-service teams Your Career Path We don't expect a newly licensed journeyman to walk in as a Tier 4 technician. We want to help you become one. Developing Water Systems Technician Learn our systems, installation standards, equipment, service procedures, and expectations. Installation & Service Technician Begin completing installations and service calls independently while building your technical expertise. Advanced Installation & Service Technician Handle increasingly complex installations, troubleshooting, pumps, pressure systems, and specialty configurations. Tier 4 Installation & Service Technician Our highest field technician level. Tier 4 technicians are trusted to handle advanced installations, troubleshoot difficult situations, mentor developing technicians, and represent the highest level of ĒNĒVIVE workmanship. Tier 4 compensation may reach up to $42/hour or approximately $85,000+ annually, depending on qualifications and compensation structure.
