What you will be doing:
We're seeking a dependable and experienced Plumber to join our team! If you take pride in hands-on work and have strong plumbing knowledge, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values quality craftsmanship, and is committed to keeping our properties running smoothly while delivering excellent service to residents. As a Plumber at Morgan Properties, you will: Specialize in plumbing maintenance and repairs, including installing fixtures, soldering and brazing pipe, and troubleshooting systems such as sinks, drains, water heaters, and pumps. Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment, including drain cleaning machinery and pipe fitting tools. Support daily service requests, ensuring work orders are completed within 24 hours and communicating with residents and office staff on status and follow-up. Respond to emergencies, including snow removal and on-site incidents, while participating in a 24-hour on-call rotation requiring night and weekend availability. Help maintain the overall condition of the property, assisting with inspections, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of grounds and common areas when needed. What we'll expect from you: Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle. Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties. High school diploma or GED, three-years related experience, or equivalent education and experience.Benefits of Employment:
Pay Range:
$35.00- 39.00 /hr. Up to 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
