Plumber (Journeyman) -

2 Years HardHat Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Commercial Plumbers to perform journeyman-level plumbing work in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires independent work with strong troubleshooting and installation skills.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems Work on piping systems, steam lines, hot water systems, pumps, and equipment Install no-hub cast iron (storm, waste, vent) Cut, fit, and install pipe and hangers to proper grade and elevation Read blueprints and execute layouts Diagnose and repair plumbing issues Perform routine maintenance (drains, fixtures, piping) Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection Keep work areas clean and document completed work

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED 8+ years of commercial plumbing experience Journeyman-level plumber (no license required) Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Physically able to handle job demands

Must Have Tools For The Trade Preferred:

Commercial experience Knowledge of

VA/DC/MD

plumbing codes
