Get paid on completed and collected jobs. Approved materials are reimbursed. Keep your $50 inspection fee! Complete the inspection, and if the customer declines the recommended repair, you still receive the $50 inspection fee. For larger jobs, customer material costs can be collected upfront. Who We're Looking For :

A licensed plumber (Journeyman/Master preferred) who can diagnose issues solo and talk customers through repair options with confidence and transparent pricing. We're looking for consistency — not constantly rescheduling. Set open days or time blocks each week and stick to them; willingness to take on-call jobs is a plus. If you can commit to 2-4 solid days a week, we want to talk!

Ideal Technician:

Active plumbing license; Journeyman/Master preferred Residential plumbing experience; commercial experience is a plus Valid driver's license + reliable service vehicle Own professional plumbing tools Ability to work independently and diagnose plumbing issues Strong customer service and sales skills Reliable phone and transportation Ability to purchase materials and submit receipts for reimbursement Liability insurance or ability to provide required documentation Equipment — Let Us Know What You've Got! Pay:
