Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber license holders are strongly preferred , but we welcome experienced, highly skilled plumbers who meet our qualifications. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems. Respond to scheduled service calls and plumbing emergencies. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers. Maintain consistent communication with dispatch throughout the workday. Perform high-quality workmanship while following all plumbing codes and safety standards. Properly maintain your company vehicle, tools, and state-of-the-art equipment. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls. Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly. Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely lift equipment and perform physically demanding work Preferred Master Plumber License Journeyman Plumber License Experience in residential and commercial service plumbing What Success Looks Like We're looking for a plumber who can: Consistently produce high-quality work and excellent customer experiences.
