Job Description Horizon is a leading national multifamily plumbing contractor with projects across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, and other growing markets. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Multi-family Plumbing Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on multifamily and apartment construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating plumbing installations, managing subcontractor crews, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality work is completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plumbing operations on multifamily and apartment construction projects. Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews to maintain productivity and project schedules. Ensure plumbing installations meet company standards, project specifications, and local codes. Manage onsite material inventory and support efficient project execution. Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with local jurisdictions. Verify plumbing layouts and installations from underground through trim-out. Maintain daily and weekly project reporting. Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite. Minimum Requirements Strong knowledge of multifamily plumbing systems, installation methods, and construction practices per the international plumbing code. 5+ years of experience in multifamily apartment plumbing construction. Proven ability to manage multifamily plumbing projects from underground layout through final trim. Ability to read and interpret multifamily plumbing construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Bluebeam and Hilti Total Station. State plumbing licenses are not required for all projects.
