Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$22 - $45 per hour The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment Install and replace water heaters, water lines, drain lines, fixtures, and related plumbing components Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections Identify plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions to homeowners Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and safety standards Maintain accurate service records and provide clear communication with customers and team members What We're Looking For 4 + years of residential plumbing experience preferred Back Flow trained preferred- but will train. Would be open to cross training on HVAC. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installations, and local codes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required Skills That Make You Successful Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to explain technical information clearly to homeowners Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role that includes: Working in residential homes, crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, and physical activity Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed Occasional extended driving between job locations Working with plumbing tools, equipment, and construction materials Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
