Plumber

Plumber Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in rough-in, service, basic math, maintenance person skills, blueprint reading, heavy lifting, and experience in construction plumbing. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for building and plumbing, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints to plan plumbing installations
• Perform pipe threading and
• Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and propose solutions
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals on projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks related to plumbing work

Experience:

• 5 years minimum as a mechanic
• Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
• Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately
• Strong maintenance person skills for troubleshooting and repairs
