Position Overview We're seeking a motivated, dependable Plumber Helper to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who want to learn the trade from the ground up and grow into a skilled, licensed professional. We invest in people who are ready to put in the work and build a future in this industry. Responsibilities Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and water treatment equipment Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each job Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles Follow direction from lead plumbers and supervisors Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company Plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Paid schooling and hands-on training to help you become a licensed plumber Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, long-term position with advancement opportunities A supportive, team-oriented environment that invests in your success If you're ready to start a real career—not just a job—and grow in the plumbing and water treatment industry , we want to hear from you.
