What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment solutions Educate homeowners on maintenance, system care, and upgrade options Use modern tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards Represent AllTech with professionalism, integrity, and pride What We Expect From You 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred Strong diagnostic and technical skills Comfort working with modern plumbing tools and systems Clear, professional communication with customers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces or tight areas A mindset that values quality, accountability, and growth If you rush jobs, cut corners, or avoid responsibility—this won't be the right fit.
