About the role Shenandoah Sheds is seeking an experienced Groundwork & Gravel Pad Installer to prepare shed sites throughout the Shenandoah Valley. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and understands the importance of proper site preparation and drainage.

Compensation Guaranteed salary:

$70,000-$100,000 per year Compensation is based on experience, skill, and ability Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday What You'll Do Prepare gravel foundations for storage sheds and portable buildings Grade and level sites for proper installation Ensure proper drainage and water management Operate equipment and complete projects safely and efficiently Maintain a high standard of workmanship on every job Qualifications 10+ years of experience in groundwork, grading, excavation, or similar site preparation work Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and directing water away from structures Excellent attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently and efficiently We're looking for someone who values craftsmanship and understands that quality site preparation is the foundation of every successful shed installation.
