Experienced Plumbing Apprentice OR Licensed Plumber — H2Flow Plumbing H2Flow Plumbing | Edmonds/Lynnwood, WA | Full-Time H2Flow Plumbing is a small, established, family-owned plumbing company serving the greater Edmonds/Lynnwood and North Seattle area. We've been in business since 2017, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. We're intentionally small. You won't be employee #87, you won't be shuffled between managers, and we're not looking for someone whose primary job is selling customers things they don't need. We're primarily looking for an experienced plumbing apprentice/trainee who takes pride in doing good work, wants to continue learning the trade, and ultimately wants the opportunity to become a highly skilled, licensed plumber. Already licensed? We'd especially like to hear from you. We would absolutely welcome an experienced Washington-licensed plumber who is looking for a smaller company where quality workmanship, customer relationships and doing the job correctly matter more than sales quotas. Compensation for licensed plumbers will reflect experience, licensing, skill level and ability to work independently. Whether you're an experienced apprentice continuing to build your skills or a licensed plumber looking for a better fit, we're interested in finding the right person, not simply filling a position. You'll work directly alongside with the owner, H2Flow's lead plumber, who brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the trade. His work spans commercial plumbing, remodels, residential service, troubleshooting, repairs and installations, giving an apprentice the opportunity to gain experience across a much broader range of plumbing work than they might in a traditional service-only position. You won't spend every day doing the same type of call—you'll learn directly from someone who has spent decades solving complex plumbing problems and managing projects from start to finish. Already licensed and capable of working independently? We'd be equally happy to hear from you. A licensed plumber would have greater autonomy, compensation reflecting their experience and qualifications, and the opportunity to take on an increasingly important role as H2Flow grows. What we're offering: Experienced apprentices starting around $30-$40/hour depending on experience; licensed-plumber compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications; full-time employment; paid sick leave; paid holidays; paid vacation; performance and wage reviews; paid licensing/continuing education; tools/uniform/phone support as appropriate; health-insurance contribution after eligibility period; and opportunities for performance bonuses and increased responsibility as the company grows. We're looking for someone who has plumbing experience; holds an active Washington Plumbing Trainee Certificate or applicable Washington plumbing license; has a valid Washington driver's license and good driving record; is dependable; communicates well with homeowners; takes pride in clean, professional work; and is looking for a long-term position. For apprentices, we want someone who is eager to learn and increasingly capable of working independently. For licensed plumbers, we're looking for someone confident in their skills without believing that good plumbers ever stop learning. We're less interested in the perfect résumé than finding someone who is reliable, mechanically capable, professional and takes genuine pride in the trade. If you're currently working for a large plumbing company and feel like you're just another number, an apprentice who isn't getting the hands-on experience and mentorship you need, or a licensed plumber who would rather help grow a small company than disappear into a large one, we'd like to talk to you.

$62,400.00 - $250,000.00 per year
