Job Description

Artisan Plumbing and Mechanical is seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, values integrity, and enjoys working with a team that puts customers first. We perform a wide variety of residential and commercial plumbing projects, including service and repairs, remodels, whole-home repipes, underground utilities, sewer work, and new construction. If you are dependable, self-motivated, and committed to doing the job right the first time, we'd love to meet you. Position Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems. Install, repair, and replace water, waste, and vent piping. Install and service water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, hose bibs, and plumbing appliances. Perform whole-home repipes, remodel plumbing, tenant improvements, and new construction installations. Install and repair underground water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide customers with honest, professional recommendations. Read blueprints, plumbing schematics, and building plans. Perform pressure testing and ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes. Complete accurate job documentation, estimates, and service reports. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner. Mentor apprentices and assist in developing less experienced technicians. Represent Artisan Plumbing and Mechanical with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber License. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum of five years of plumbing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Experience with service plumbing, remodels, repipes, sewer repairs, underground piping, water heaters, and fixture installations. Ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems efficiently and provide long-term solutions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and work in crawl spaces, attics, trenches, rooftops, and varying weather conditions. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and professional appearance.
