Compensation $45.00-$50.00 per hour , based on experience PLUS bonus opportunities Full-time, year-round work Consistent earning opportunity—not just seasonal work Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing components Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work safely and efficiently Clearly explain findings and repair/replacement options to homeowners Help customers make informed decisions without high-pressure tactics Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call Maintain accurate job notes and service documentation Follow company safety standards and all applicable plumbing codes Treat every customer's home with care and professionalism What We're Looking For Current Washington State PL02 Residential Plumbing License required PL01 Journeyman Plumbing License also accepted Residential service plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to confidently explain repair and replacement options Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and take ownership of each service call Why Join Ballard?
