As a Licensed Residential Plumber , you'll be more than the person who fixes the problem. You'll be a trusted expert, a problem solver, and the professional homeowners count on when they need help most. You'll have the opportunity to: Solve real problems and make a difference for homeowners every day Complete residential plumbing, drain cleaning, and in-home service calls Diagnose issues and recommend the right solutions Educate customers on repair options, upgrades, maintenance plans, and financing Build trust and create a true 5-star customer experience Take pride in your work while identifying opportunities to grow your income Work alongside a supportive Customer Service and Dispatch team Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck Continue developing your skills through training and professional development Mentor apprentices and help shape the next generation of skilled professionals

We're looking for someone who is: A valid 02 Plumbing License holder Experienced in residential service plumbing Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with homeowners Customer-focused with the ability to build trust Motivated to provide solutions and exceed goals Reliable with a clean driving record Able to work independently while being a strong team player Committed to continuous learning and personal growth Experienced with ServiceTitan (preferred)
