Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, meet all safety standards, and comply with local building codes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and sewer systems in residential and commercial settings. Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and welding machines to complete tasks efficiently. Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow within plumbing systems. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs. Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues, assess system integrity, and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain plumbing systems through routine inspections, system maintenance, and emergency repairs to prevent future problems. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards while operating company vehicles responsibly on construction sites. Qualifications Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing projects. Demonstrated construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing installations. Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and system maintenance. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, welding equipment, and drain cleaning tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise installation work. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients onsite or during inspections. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in confined spaces while adhering to safety protocols. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments; commercial driving license preferred but not required. Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating pipe lengths or system capacities. Handyman experience or background in remodeling adds value by providing versatile skills for diverse projects.
