This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, and welding. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Journeyperson, you will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects in both residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities Perform pipe threading and plumbing tasks with precision and attention to detail. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed. Execute heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct welding operations as required for project completion. Collaborate with team members on building and remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. Drive commercial vehicles when necessary to transport materials or equipment to job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Requirements Proven experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or welding is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to solve problems effectively. Experience with pipe threading techniques is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving duties. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
