Plumbing Install Helper

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Plumbing Install Helper and be an essential part of bringing plumbing projects to life! In this role, you will assist skilled plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across various construction sites. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in construction plumbing while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Support plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems according to project plans and schematics Assist with pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing materials and tools for efficient workflow Handle basic measurements and calculations necessary for proper pipe placement and system layout Assist with remodeling, maintenance tasks, and general site cleanup to support smooth project progress Skills Construction site experience with exposure to plumbing or related trades Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and pipe threading processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and HVAC systems is a plus Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, schematics, and basic math skills for measurements Experience with carpentry, assembly, handyman tasks, or remodeling projects is advantageous This role is paid — offering a valuable stepping stone into the construction industry with opportunities for growth.
