Renuity is seeking a skilled Bath Installer to join our fast-growing national home remodeling team. In this field-based role, you will complete residential bath and shower installations, including demolition, prep, waterproofing, plumbing tie-ins, and finishing work. You'll follow detailed specifications, building codes, and safety standards while delivering clean, high-quality, and efficient installations. Working directly in customers' homes, you'll represent Renuity's customer-focused culture through professionalism, clear communication, and reliable, on-time performance on every project. Responsibilities Install bath and shower systems in residential homes according to specifications and building codes Perform demolition, prep work, waterproofing, plumbing tie-ins, and finishing details Ensure high-quality workmanship, accurate measurements, and clean, safe job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers regarding timelines and progress Troubleshoot installation issues and complete adjustments or repairs as needed Follow safety protocols and company standards on every project Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle in good working order Document work completed and submit required job photos and paperwork promptly Required Skills Residential bath installation General carpentry Basic plumbing connections Tile and surface prep Waterproofing systems Use of hand and power tools Jobsite safety practices Blueprints and measurements Caulking and finishing Customer communication
