Job Description

PGA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Wisconsin-licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing Plumbing Department. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for experienced professionals who want steady work close to homeno extensive travel required. Based in Weston, WI, our projects are primarily new construction and remodels within a 40-mile radius. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial new construction and remodel projects Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets company quality standards Measure, cut, thread, solder, and glue piping and fittings using PVC, CPVC, PEX, gas piping, and copper Read and interpret blueprints to lay out plumbing installations, including pipe locations, passage holes, and fixtures Independently manage all phases of assigned jobs from start to finish Organize materials and maintain truck inventory to minimize unnecessary trips Perform residential septic installation when applicable Qualifications Current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license 5+ years of experience in construction plumbing Proficient in reading blueprints and performing accurate layout work Experience with a variety of piping materials and installation methods Ability to work independently and manage job phases efficiently Commitment to high-quality workmanship Residential septic installation experience is a plus Compensation $41.20 $45.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits Full-time, year-round employment Day shift, MondayFriday schedule Projects primarily within a 40-mile radius of Weston, WI Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Disability coverage Company-paid life insurance Longevity bonuses Supportive, professional work environment Offered compensation: $41.20/hr - $45/hr Experience and License Requirements Plumbing new construction and remodeling experience (optional)
