Job Description

Master plumber wanted for water softener and reverse osmosis installs across Waukesha County and the Milwaukee metro. 1 to 3 installs a week to start, growing with us. $550 per completed softener + RO install ($400 softener only, $175 RO only), paid per job, net-7 after homeowner sign-off. $600 per install after your first 20 with no callbacks. Permit fees reimbursed. Plumber-scope work (new loop, new drain, new piping) bid separately at your rate.

The job:

10x54 mixed-bed softener and a 5-stage RO, tied into the existing loop with an air-gapped drain, 3 to 4 hours. We sell it, supply it and schedule it. You install it, you're the master in charge, and you pull the permit.

You need:

a current Wisconsin Master Plumber or Master Plumber Restricted Appliance license (verified on the DSPS lookup), your own business with a FEIN and general liability insurance, your own tools and truck, and availability on 48 to 72 hours' notice. You control how the work is done and you're free to work for anyone else. Path to a full-time W2 lead installer role as volume grows. Include your DSPS license number, credential type and business name in your application. We call every applicant the same day.

$550.00 - $1,650.00 per week
