Job Description

Experience is residential and commercial settings. Must complete daily work orders which could include: New construction Remodels Service work

Responsibilities Installation and Maintenance :

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, water heaters, drainage systems, and other plumbing components according to blueprints and technical specifications

System Diagnostics :

Troubleshoot plumbing issues, identify leaks, blockages, or malfunctions, and implement effective solutions

Code Compliance :

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Blueprint Interpretation :

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to plan plumbing layouts

Customer Interaction :

Communicate with clients to explain problems, provide cost estimates, and ensure satisfaction with completed work

Routine Maintenance :

Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
